Green Valley Renewable Energy Limited (GVREL), a subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited in Joint Venture with Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), signed Power Purchase Agreement with Damodar Valley Corporation for power sale from 310 MW Solar Projects (Floating + Ground Mounted).
GVREL is developing 755 MW UMREPP consisting of 705 MW Largest Floating SPV and 50 MW Ground Mounted SPV at Tilaiya and Panchet reservoirs of DVC in the state of Jharkhand and West Bengal.
The PPA was signed by Shri M K Haider, DGM, GVREL and Shri Prabhash Mondal, Senior General Manager (Commercial), DVC in the presence of Shri Rajiv Gupta, CEO (NTPC REL), Shri V V Sivakumar, GM (NGEL), Shri Shailendra, CEO (GVREL).
